‘I want you to build me a house of radical worship, teaching and prayer, where the lost will be saved,

the sick healed, the downtrodden raised up and my glory revealed. And it shall be a holy house, a light on a hill,  marked by my presence, which you will carry to the nations.'

Following William and Karen's announcement that they would be leaving the Beacon, the leadership team has been meeting regularly under the expert guidance of Robert Mountford to discuss what's next for Beacon House of Prayer.

As part of this process I felt called to make the offer to step up into Senior Leadership, the team accepted my offer and so as of the beginning of August 1 am happy to say I will be taking on the role of Interim Senior Leader.

I have been part of the Beacon since the beginning and I'm looking forward to continuing the work that William and Karen started 18 years ago of welcoming and hosting God's presence. As a team we will be looking to seek God's direction during this changing season and we would appreciate your continued prayers and support as we move into this new chapter. We will continue to be a prayer hub for the city of Stoke on Trent, raising prayer and worship to our God, and raising the name of Jesus on a weekly basis.

I'm sure you'll join me in offering prayers and gratitude for the leadership of William and Karen throughout the years, and we seek God's blessings for them and their family as they follow His guidance into new possibilities and ventures.

The Lord bless you and keep you.
